Here's Cheers to the tried and true recipes of the past.
This one is my Nan Shea's traditional Worcestershire Sauce. I love it, so guess what I did? Yep - just added some chilli to it of course. We definitely didn't just go, hey, chuck a heap of Habaneros in. There was a process, and it had to do justice to the history, and add a little bit of the future. So we've got Old Skool flavours and a touch of New Skool heat. Perfect where you want to splash a bit on a savour dish and have that slight heat roll over the palate. Meats, Salads, Sandwiches.. and that's just what we've tried it with.
